Perhaps it is the peace and quiet, the rolling contours of the Westduinen continuing into the grounds, or the green character of the sand banks. Perhaps it is the playful layout of open fields, each with its own atmosphere. Or simply the personal welcome.
Our campsite in Ouddorp is embraced by the golden Westduinen, the ancient inland dunes of the island of Goeree. Their rolling contours continue into the campsite.

Play equipment, a table-tennis table and a football field keep children happily occupied. And of course, there is free Wi-Fi too.
We are one of Goeree-Overflakkee's greenest campsites and take great care of our planting. Roe deer, hares, woodpeckers and pheasants regularly visit us too.

On and around our campsite, you will find Ouddorp's characteristic sand banks, piled up by hand to hold back drifting sand. A unique and protected part of our natural heritage.
More about the sand banksWhen you camp at Kotestee, you sleep in a landscape full of stories, among old oaks, green sand banks, dune grass and nature that never stands still. Here you hear no disco music, but the tapping of a woodpecker or the call of a natterjack toad.

A break from it all, away from the crowds. Whether you bring a tent, trailer tent, caravan or motorhome, you experience outdoor living at its purest here. No organised entertainment or disco, just birdsong, rustling oak leaves and a relaxed atmosphere where nothing is compulsory.

Our permanent pitches are limited and much sought after. Occasionally, one becomes available. We do not keep a waiting list, but you can join our sales mailing list to hear when a static caravan or empty pitch becomes available.

Sometimes you simply want to know there is a place you can escape to. In spring, when the first swallows sweep past, or in September, when the island grows quiet again and the dunes turn golden. Our packages let you enjoy Camping Kotestee for a longer period at an attractive rate. A relaxing thought.
Long-stay packagesAt Camping Kotestee, you do not need to ask whether your dog is welcome. Dogs are simply part of the family. Before you have even unfolded your camping chair, your dog will have found a playmate or claimed a favourite bush.

Camping Kotestee is the perfect starting point for exploring the island. Enjoy wide sandy beaches, go kitesurfing or windsurfing at the Brouwersdam, or explore the dykes and dunes on foot or by bicycle.
